We offer combined postage on Spares & Accessories based on the total order weight including packaging.

For small orders under £20 you can choose 2nd Class postage and get delivery from just 99p !

1 Hour Timed Delivery from Interlink Express

We don't want our customers waiting in all day for their parcels to turn up which is why we use Interlink Express "Predict" delivery service with a one hour delivery window for all our customers.

Once your order has left our warehouse you will be allocated a one hour delivery window for the next working day, you will receive an email and a text message (providing you have entered a mobile telephone number at the time of placing your order) advising you of your time slot. If this time is inconvenient you can change the delivery date by simply replying to your email or text message and selecting another day up to 3 working days ahead.

UK Overnight Delivery Service

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses on a standard next day delivery service; this is with the exception of some Scottish highlands where deliveries can be 2 - 3 days.

We aim to despatch all orders that we receive by 1 p.m. the same day so you should normally expect delivery the next working day, this is dependant on the amount of orders that we have received that day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Our standard delivery charge is just £6.95 (usually Next Day) and includes orders up to 10Kg.

We will endeavour to have your order delivered direct to you within 2 working days of you placing your order.

If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will let you know immediately giving you the opportunity to cancel your order and not have your credit or debit  card charged.

When we have despatched your goods you will receive an email from us advising you that your goods have left our warehouse, we keep the tracking number of every order we send out. If you parcel has not arrived in the specified time, you can request the tracking number from us.

Interlink will require a signature on delivery of your order and will contact you on the day of delivery with a one hour delivery window via email and also sent a text to you mobile phone if you entered your number.

If no-one is available when they attempt delivery a card will be placed through your door advising you of your consignment number and contact details to make alternative delivery arrangements.

European Deliveries

We offer deliver to the majority of Europe with our partners Interlink Express, countries are banded into 5 separate zones with a standard delivery charge and delivery times for each zone. Please select your country from the drop down box within the checkout process, the appropriate delivery charge will be calculated and added to the total of your invoice.

Delivery Zone 1

Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. A standard delivery charge of £18 covers all deliveries up to 31kg and an average delivery time of 2-3 days.

Delivery Zone 2

Austria, Denmark and Switzerland. A standard delivery charge of £21 covers all deliveries up to 31kg and an average delivery time of 2-3 days.

Delivery Zone 3

Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, and Spain. A standard delivery charge of £24 covers all deliveries up to 31kg and an average delivery time of 3-4 days.

Delivery Zone 4

Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia and Sweden. A standard delivery charge of £36 covers all deliveries up to 31kg and an average delivery time of 3-4 days.

Delivery Zone 5

Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Romania and Serbia. A standard delivery charge of £52 covers all deliveries up to 31kg and an average delivery time of 4-6 days.

Customs Charges

In addition to delivery charges the following countries will also incur a £25.00 customs charge per consignment, Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia and Switzerland.

All Buyers

• All items indicated as being in stock are in our warehouse in the UK and are ready to post.
• This website will not let you order an out of stock item.
• We post orders placed and paid for before 1:00pm, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) on the same day.
• We send orders placed and paid for after 1:00pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) within one working day.
• We will post to the address given by you when you place your order.
• We will let you know by email when your item has been dispatched.
• Delivery timescales are based on Royal Mail and Interlink Express services and are subject to their terms and conditions and the performance of their postal systems.
• If you would like us to use a different postal or courier service then please ask and we will be happy to help.
• Items returned to us undelivered will incur a re-delivery charge payable in advance of re-delivery.
• Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.
• All items are delivered by post; it is not possible for you to collect your item.
• We do not accept instructions to leave packages outside of premises ('in the porch', behind the bin', etc) as putting such instructions on the package invalidates postal tracking and insurance and risks your order being stolen or damaged by rain.
• Please check your email in the hours and days following your order in case we need to contact you to confirm your address or payment or respond to any messages you include with your order or payment.

UK Buyers

• We offer, as standard, Royal Mail and Interlink Express services.  See www.royalmail.com   and www.interlinkexpress.com for full details.
• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 'First Class') is normally delivered within 1-2 working days and Saturday to most parts of the UK however this is not guaranteed and it is not trackable.
• Royal Mail Signed For is tracked and normally delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch, Monday to Saturday to most parts of the UK. Express Next Day or Express 2 Day (Interlink Express Next Day) is delivered next working day for mainland UK and in 2 working days for Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. It is trackable and requires a signature on delivery. You will be sent an email and a text message (if you entered your mobile phone number when ordering) on the day of delivery giving you an estimated delivery window (normally one hour) and the opportunity to re-arrange delivery for a different day if the one hour delivery window is not convenient. We also include your contact phone number on the parcel so that the delivery driver can contact you if they have any difficulty with delivery.
• Special Delivery - UK Next Day (Royal Mail 'Special Delivery') is delivered next working day by 1:00 pm to most parts of the UK. It is trackable and requires a signature on delivery. See map below for coverage.
• Saturday Deliveries are available at additional cost. If you would like us to arrange a Saturday delivery please contact us.

International Buyers

• Republic of Ireland and other European buyers who select Standard Delivery or Standard Recorded shipping will have their order sent by Express Air Mail or Interlink Express (depending on weight) with target delivery of 3-5 working days to Western Europe and 4-7 working days to Eastern Europe. Selecting 'Special Delivery' increases insurance cover on these services to £500 GB Pounds.
• For Non-European International Customers we offer, as standard, Royal Mail Air Mail, Royal Mail International ‘Signed For’ Air Mail and Royal Mail Insured International Signed For Air Mail for more valuable items. Royal Mail Insured International Signed For Air Mail provides insurance cover up to £500. See www.royalmail.com for details. We suggest you allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, from the date of dispatch, to allow for local mail and customs.
• All International Buyers: You are the importer of the goods you have ordered from RC Hobby Estore and you are responsible for ensuring that the imported goods comply with any applicable laws in your Country and for the payment of customs duties and taxes within your Country. Customs and security authorities may open packages to confirm or inspect the contents.
